Students performing — More young talents — Hülya Keser Piano Music & Academy

After Minh-Chau, four more of Hülya Keser's students have submitted their videos for the Prinses Christina Concours Junior Competition. From Chopin and Schubert to beloved film music, each of them shares their own voice at the piano.

The Prinses Christina Concours Junior Competition invites young musicians to share their music through a video recording. This season, several of Hülya's students took up that invitation — each with their own repertoire, character and musical story.

David

David plays the Nocturne in E minor, Op. posth. 72 No. 1 by Frédéric Chopin — a piece that asks for a singing tone and a quiet inner calm.

Evi

Evi combines Franz Schubert's flowing Impromptu Op. 90 No. 2 with the lively rhythms of Moisés Moleiro's Joropo (both in short versions).

Elena

Elena, eleven years old, plays Love Story — a warm, lyrical melody she performs with great feeling.

Thomas

Thomas brings film music to the piano: Hans Zimmer's First Step from Interstellar, followed by Lalo Schifrin's Mission: Impossible.

Hülya is very proud of all her students: of their dedication, their musical growth and the joy with which they share their playing.

David and Evi study with Hülya at the Young Musicians Academy in Tilburg; Elena and Thomas are students of the Keser Piano Academy.
